The NZIHL has a New Voice !!

The Backyard Hockey League is happy to announce that our community will act as a sponsor for the 2017 West Auckland Admirals of the NZIHL for the second consecutive year.
In addition, BHL co-founders Cam Green, Ryan Langford & BHL Lead Official, Aaron Somerville have agreed to add FHL Vice president's Matt Harvey and Chris Noble into the mix as they take on the task of providing the Admirals fanbase with the ultimate hockey experience and banding together to become the voice of the West Auckland Admirals.

The boys have already made an impact last season with the introduction of a new mascot, Rusty Anchor-Bottom. The man behind the mask is also another BHLer ... Who's real identity shall remain a mystery !!!

Our boys will look to put thier spin onto what is already a great hockey experience by hitting the high notes on everything from Goal Celebrations, Player Interviews, Raffles, Draws, Advertisments and of course a heavy dose of the Backyard Flavour that has become the staple of the BHL !!!

May 27th& May 28th are slated as Opening weekend vs. Crosstown Rival the Botany Swarm. So be sure to come on out, wear your BHL pride on your sleeve, show some support for our Boys and step back into the Backyard for some entertainment and witness some great NZIHL hockey action !!!!
