2019-2020 LES CASTORS (BEAVERS)
Les Castors BHL squad had a great 2018/19 Regular Season tying Top Cheese for Tops in the league but losing the founder's Cup because of the head to head results. After recieving the bye to the Conference Final and taking the opening game of the series, they abruptly dropped 3 straight to the eventual Backyard Cup Champion Les Phoques.
After protection for the expansion draft & losing 2nd highest scorer on the club, Mike Attwell who will take the reigns as GM of the Toe Dragons in Season 7, Les castors had to make some great picks in the Expansion Draft and they definately addressed some glaring needs.
Canadian speedster Reid Cole, Admirals prodigy Lochlan Butler, and big bodied Blake McCombe and Jarod Boys will be welcome additions and now matching size with the rest of the league is just a formality.
BURNING QUESTION ? With a new playoff format and no waiting can the Beavers claim top spot in the division once again but keep the mojo going from start to finish in 2020?
ON THE FARM : With reigning FHL MVP and league scoring leader Nathan Sergent joining the BHL squad .... Who will be the guy who steps up and leads the Offence on the farm ?
