Ice Hockey Classic rewarding the NZ Hockey House

The NZ Hockey House and its community will once again be in full display at a historic Ice Hockey event in the history of the country when Canada faces off against the United States in a exhibition match up featuring several current and recent NHL players and some of the AHL's best. The games will also have respective NZIHL influenced curtain raisers and are to be held on June 22nd (Auckland) - 23rd (Wellington) with a 3rd sold out date to follow in Queenstown.

The BHL Nation will have it's footprint in full force as several members of the BHL will dawn jerseys and compete on the biggest stage in the curtain raising games in both Auckland and the capital city's outdoor venues. In addition, the original crew for the West Auckland Admirals in-rink announcers will reunite as Langer, Punchy and Somerville will again be behind the microphones on gameday.

Most Importantly, as reported by PUCK YEAH Podcast , the NZ Hockey House has been handed the task of organizing volunteers and using thier powerful hockey minds with helping to build and present the game the best way possible in both venues. We have also taken the responsibility to help spread the word of this great game.
